The Hatco Heated Black Glass Shelves have a black tempered glass top surface to create uniform heat across the entire surface. The new design uses a modular system, whereby few units can be placed side-by-side, with each unit's glass surface the size of a 1/1 GN food pan.
Adjustable thermostatic controls help hold your food hot and delicious at a surface temperature ranging from 55°C to 95°C.
It’s portable and modular system design allows great flexibility in the buffet area.
