The Nemox Gelato 4K Touch is a fully automatic, touch screen operated commercial ice cream machine.

It produces the highest quality gelato, ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt, and granita at the touch of a button.

Smart, autonomous design 

The Gelato 4K Touch intelligently detects the density of your ingredients in order to determine what you are creating, and can also store the mixture appropriately as soon as it is finished by monitoring the ambient temperature of its environment. This means you can continue to work in the kitchen, safe in the knowledge that the mixture will remain at its best while left in the maker. Designed for long work cycles, the Nemox gelato maker can take as much as your busy kitchen demands and you can leave your mixture in it for up to eight hours, while you attend to other matters. After this time period has elapsed, it automatically switches itself off. To use, simply press the ‘On’ button and let the Nemox Gelato 4K Touch take care of everything else.

It features five different storage settings ranging from soft to hard consistency, which can be set at any time during storage and also has a pause function, which can be activated at any point during the preparation or storage phases.

Compact and durable.

The gelato machine itself is of a compact countertop design and is extremely robust. It is air cooled and its body is made from stainless steel, as is its blade which has removable scrapers which are very quick and easy to clean. It also features a magnetic device which stops the paddle from turning as soon as the lid is lifted, so personal safety is guaranteed.

Ready out of the box. 

The machine is ready to use straight out of the box and even comes with a starter kit which contains everything you need to make up to 14 kg of product. The results are of the highest quality, producing delicious frozen desserts that cannot be bettered.
